Seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Supervisor / HSE Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest safety standards are maintained across our power and water plant construction projects.
Requirements :
– 5+ years of experience in power and water plant construction.
– Technical degree or diploma in a relevant field.
– NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety and/or nationally recognized HSE certification.
– In-depth knowledge of UAE safety regulations and international HSE standards.
– Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
– Must be currently in the UAE and available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific HSE plans and protocols.
– Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
– Ensure compliance with local laws, client requirements, and international best practices.
– Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to workers and subcontractors.
– Maintain a complete and organized safety documentation system.
