-Coordinate communication between providers, pharmacies, and patients
-Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:
-Pharmacist or strong pharmacy/medical administrative experience preferred
-Strong multitasking and organizational skills
-Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
