Responsibilites:
– Market Strategy and Business Development
– Partner Relationship Management
– Sales Performance and Revenue Growth
– Hotel and Supplier- Negotiation and Contracting
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Business Administration
– Minimum 3-5years of experience handling Central & Eastern Europe markets in DMC, Hotels, or in a travel trade environment
– Experience in handling FIT and Groups series
– Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing P&L and revenue targets
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
– Proficiency in travel technology platforms and CRM/booking systems
– Multilingual capability and holding a Schengen visa is an advantage
