Job Position: Property Advisor – Secondary Market
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Key Responsibilities:
– Handle resale and leasing transactions in the secondary market
– Generate leads and build a strong client portfolio
– Manage and maintain accurate property listings
– Conduct property viewings and client meetings
– Negotiate offers and support deal closures
– Build long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
– Stay updated on market trends and pricing
– Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies
– Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
– Requirements:
– Minimum 6 months of experience in the UAE secondary real estate market
– Experience in resale and leasing transactions (residential & commercial)
– Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
– Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
– Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations
– Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
– Self-motivated, client-focused, and results-driven
– Valid UAE driving license
