Job Position – IT Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
– Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic network problems
– Manage user accounts and system access
– Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
– Assist in system maintenance and updates as needed
Requirements:
– 1–3 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk role (preferred)
– Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure
