Requirements:
– Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Cleaning Services, Housekeeping, or Facility Management.
– At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
– Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and HSE standards.
– Experience in team management, staff training, quality inspections, and inventory control.
– Good communication and client-handling skills.
– Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
