The ideal candidate should have:
-Prior experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star international hotel chain
-Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
-Proficiency in Opera PMS
-Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures
-Cash handling expertise
-Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
-Customer service-focused with a proactive, problem-solving approach
-Fluent in English with outstanding hospitality etiquette
