What We’re Looking For:
– Minimum 2–6 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operations, Billing, Collections, HSE, or maintenance roles (as relevant to the position).
– Strong knowledge of FM processes, daily operations, service coordination, and site procedures.
– Ability to manage teams, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely completion of work.
– Good communication and reporting skills with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and internal departments.

7) Billing & Collection Agent – BTU Meter
Hiring Billing & Collection Agent – Utilities to handle billing, follow up on payments, maintain customer accounts, resolve queries, and ensure smooth utility collections.

8) Service Coordinator – BTU Meter
BTU Meter / HVAC Chiller / Utilities to manage and schedule maintenance activities, coordinate with technicians and vendors, track service requests, ensure timely resolution of issues, maintain accurate service records, and support smooth operation of all utility and HVAC systems.

9) Maintenance Supervisor – BTU Meter
BTU Meter / HVAC Chiller to oversee BTU meter operations, handle chiller & HVAC maintenance, lead technicians, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure efficient cooling system performance.

10)Collection Officer – LPG O & M
To manage meter readings, ensure accurate billing, handle payment follow-ups, resolve customer queries, coordinate with technical teams, and maintain smooth end-to-end billing and collection operations.
