1) MEP Project Manager
– Minimum 18+ years of relevant experience.
– Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.
– Strong experience in MEP project management, execution, planning, coordination, testing & commissioning.
– Proven experience managing MEP teams, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

2) Operations Manager – MEP
– Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience.
– Strong experience in MEP operations and building construction projects.
– Experience in managing multiple MEP teams, resources, subcontractors, and site operations.
– Strong knowledge of project coordination, planning, cost control, and execution.

3) Senior Electrical QS – Pre-Tender
– Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
– Strong experience in pre-tender quantity surveying and estimation.
– Experience in electrical quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, tender evaluation, and cost estimation.
– High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.

4) Senior Plumbing Engineer
– Minimum 11+ years of relevant experience.
– Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction projects.
– Strong experience in plumbing installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
– Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines.

5) Senior HVAC Engineer
– Minimum 11+ years of relevant experience.

– Strong experience in HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and site coordination.
– Strong knowledge of chilled water systems, HVAC equipment, and MEP coordination.
