1 – Facility/Operations Engineer (Manual Driver’s License)
2 – Swimming Pool/Water Features Engineer (Maintenance) (Manual Driver’s License)
3 – Pool Maintenance Technician
4 – Civil Technician (Painter/Carpenter/Mason) (Manual Driver’s License)

1 – Facility/Operations Engineer – Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
– 3–5 years UAE FM experience (MEP)
– Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems
– Ability to read technical drawings
– Excellent English communication
– Knowledge of UAE HSE + regulatory standards

2 – Swimming Pool/Water Features Engineer – Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
– 3–5 years experience in swimming pool & aquatic systems
– Expertise in troubleshooting/maintenance of pools, saunas, jacuzzis, fountains
– Knowledge of pumps, filtration, UV, ozone, dosing systems
– Strong chlorine/pH testing knowledge
– UAE project supervision experience
– Conduct inspections & corrective actions
– Close tasks in CAFM
– Manage stock & procurement
– Prepare quotations and follow approvals

3 – Pool Maintenance Technician – Requirements:

– ITI/Diploma holder
– 3–5 years pool/aquatic system experience
– Skilled in electromechanical maintenance
– Regular inspections & timely corrective actions
– Perform PPM + reactive tasks
– Raise work orders & material requests in CAFM
– Support engineers and contractors

4 – Civil Technician (Painter/Carpenter/Mason) – Requirements:

– ITI or relevant Diploma
– 2–3 years GCC FM experience
– Manual driver’s license required
