1 – Facility / Operations Engineer
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3–5 years of UAE Facilities Management experience (MEP operations & services).
– Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
– Excellent English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
– Familiar with UAE health, safety, and regulatory standards.
– Must hold a valid UAE manual driver’s license.

2 – Swimming Pool / Water Features Engineer (Maintenance)
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in pool and aquatic systems.
– Expertise in troubleshooting and maintenance of pools, saunas, jacuzzis, fountains, and related systems.
– Strong understanding of chlorine/pH control procedures.
– Experience supervising technicians and contractors across UAE projects.
– Knowledge of CAFM systems for PPM and reactive maintenance.

3 – Pool Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
– ITI or Diploma holder with 3–5 years of pool maintenance experience.
– Skilled in maintaining and repairing electromechanical systems.
– Conduct inspections, corrective actions, and PPM tasks as scheduled.
– Support engineers in technical tasks and material management.

4 – Pool Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
– ITI certification or Diploma in a relevant trade.
– 2–3 years of GCC Facilities Management experience.
