Job Position – ELV Engineer

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
-Strong knowledge of international standards (NFPA, ISO, BS) and local regulations (QCS)
-Expertise in Qatar Civil Defense (QCD) and MOI–SSD requirements
-Hands-on experience with Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems, CCTV, Security Systems, Lighting Control, Turnstiles/E-gates, BMS, and FM200 suppression systems
-Proficient in installation, integration, maintenance, testing & commissioning of ELV systems
-Technical coordination of AMC contractors, ensuring valid PTW and safe work practices
-Ensure PPM and corrective maintenance activities are recorded and closed in CMMS on time
-Prepare for and attend MOI & QCD inspections, ensuring system health, documentation, and compliance
