Job Position – Facilities Engineer (HOME CARE / COMMUNITY SERVICES)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Oversee home care and residential maintenance (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil)
– Lead and coordinate technicians for efficient service delivery
– Ensure timely closure of service requests and emergency calls
– Implement and monitor Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM)
– Conduct site inspections and maintain HSE compliance
– Utilize CAFM systems for reporting and performance tracking
– Maintain strong client and tenant relationships
– Promote and grow home care services in B2C market

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
– Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
– 3-5 years experience in FM sector, preferably in homecare / residential maintenance
– Experience in promoting FM services in B2C market
– Strong knowledge of MEP systems
– Hands-on experience with CAFM platforms
– Strong communication and team leadership skills

PREFERRED
– UAE Driving License
– Flexibility for on-call duties
