Job Position – Facility Engineer

Company Name – UCWF Facilities Management Services

Location: Dubai, UAE

With a strong background in Facilities Management (FM) to oversee the management of residential or commercial buildings in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and operations of residential or commercial buildings.
Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, and health, and safety standards.
Develop and manage work schedules for a team of supervisors and technicians.
Supervise and monitor sub-contractors for various services.
Qualifications:
Candidates currently in the UAE on a Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa are encouraged to apply.
Relevant experience in facilities management, particularly in the UAE market, is preferred.
