1) BIM Modeler – Mechanical
– 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for mechanical/HVAC systems
– Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD

2) BIM Modeler – Electrical
– 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems
– Proficiency in Revit MEP and Navisworks for clash detection

3) BIM Modeler – Plumbing
– 5+ years UAE/GCC experience in BIM modeling for plumbing systems
– Strong knowledge of plumbing shop drawings and coordination drawings

4) Technical Engineer – Mechanical
– 6+ years UAE/GCC experience as a Technical Engineer – Mechanical
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and firefighting systems

5) Technical Engineer – Electrical
– 6+ years UAE/GCC experience as a Technical Engineer – Electrical
– Strong knowledge of LV/ELV systems, cabling and containment works

6) QA/QC – Mechanical
– 6+ years UAE/GCC experience in QA/QC – Mechanical
– Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and mechanical inspection test plans (ITPs)

7) QA/QC – Electrical
– 6+ years UAE/GCC experience in QA/QC – Electrical
– Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and electrical inspection test plans (ITPs)

8) MEP Planner
– 6+ years UAE/GCC experience in MEP planning
– Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project

REQUIREMENTS
– UAE/GCC MEP contracting experience is mandatory
– Relevant Degree/Diploma in the respective engineering discipline
– Immediate joiners preferred
– Strong communication and coordination skills
