Job Position – Homecare Nurses (DHA Registered / Assistant Nurse)

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide nursing care to patients at home in accordance with DHA standards and company policies.
– Monitor and record patients’ health conditions, vital signs, and progress.
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
– Assist with patient mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.
– Educate patients and families on disease management, health maintenance, and post-hospital care.
– Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed.
– Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals as required.
– Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation and reports.
