Job Position – IT Assistant Manager/ Manager

Hiring a highly skilled and experienced to oversee and manage all IT operations within the hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of systems, networks, and technology infrastructure while supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
-Ensure system security, data protection, and backup procedures
-Provide technical support to all departments
-Coordinate with vendors and service providers
-Implement and monitor IT policies and procedures
-Support hotel systems (PMS, POS, HR systems, etc.)
-Lead IT projects and upgrades as required
Requirements:
-Previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory
-Strong knowledge of hotel systems and IT infrastructure
-Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
-Relevant IT certifications are an advantage
