Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL, or equivalent.
Experience in IT support, networking, hardware, software, and system troubleshooting.
Good knowledge of network infrastructure, security, and IT systems.
Good command of English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
