What You’ll Do:
• Provide IT support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Support Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and collaboration tools.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security compliance.
• Assist with IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years’ IT support experience (FMCG/manufacturing is a plus).
• Knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and networking basics.
• ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
