Job Position – Junior Site Coordinator

Location – Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the role:
Receiving & Inspection
– Verify incoming deliveries (brand, model, quantity, condition).
– Log received, pending, and rejected items in Excel.
– Report issues (missing, incorrect, or damaged items) to the Project Manager.

Setup & Placement
– Assist in unloading, unpacking, and moving items per layout plans.
– Support furniture, décor, and appliance setup.

Reporting & Communication
– Provide daily updates on deliveries and site progress.
– Maintain organized records and escalate concerns to the PM.

– Basic Excel skills for tracking.
– Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
– Good communication and proactive attitude.
