Job Position – Junior IT & Marketing Executive

Hiring for a proactive and detail-oriented to support day-to-day operations across CRM management, lead handling, and basic marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who understands marketing fundamentals and has basic IT knowledge to manage tools and systems efficiently.
Experience Level:
0–2 years (Freshers with relevant skills can apply)
Salary Range : 3000 – 3500 AED
Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
-CRM Management
-Update and maintain CRM data (leads, contacts, status updates).
-Ensure all incoming leads are properly captured and assigned.
-Regularly check for duplicate or incomplete data and clean the system.
-Coordinate with the team for any CRM-related updates or changes.
Lead Handling & Initial Calls
-Make initial calls to inbound leads to understand requirements.
-Qualify leads based on basic criteria and update status in CRM.
-Ensure proper follow-ups are scheduled and tracked.
-Maintain clear records of conversations and outcomes.
Marketing Support
-Assist in executing basic marketing campaigns (social media, email, etc.).
-Support in content posting and coordination.
-Help track campaign performance and report basic metrics.
-Work with the team to ensure consistency in communication.
Website & Data Monitoring
-Monitor website lead forms and ensure data is flowing correctly.
-Report any issues related to lead capture or website functionality.
-Coordinate with technical teams if fixes are required.
Basic Content & Video Support
-Assist in shooting simple videos (reels, basic content).
-Coordinate for content creation and uploads.
-Ensure basic quality and alignment with brand requirements.
Required Skills:
-Basic understanding of marketing concepts
-Familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
-Good communication and calling skills
-Basic IT knowledge (systems, tools, data handling)
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Willingness to learn and adapt
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with tools like Excel / Google Sheets
-Basic understanding of social media platforms
-Basic video shooting/editing skills (mobile-based is fine)
