Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related healthcare field
-Medical background is required
-Minimum 5 years of experience in Medical Records / Health Information Management
-Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation
-Familiarity with JCI standards is an advantage
-Good English communication skills
-Proficient in medical records systems and electronic documentation
-CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) or CCA (Certified Coding Associate)
-RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator)
-RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician)
-Review and analyze medical records for completeness and compliance
-Track and follow up on documentation deficiencies
-Manage filing, scanning, retrieval, and archiving of records
-Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of patient information
-Prepare reports and support medical records department operations
