Job Position – MEP Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Kingston Management Consultants
Salary : Up to 15000 AED
With strong experience in managing costs and commercial aspects of industrial, cold storage, and logistics projects.
Experience: 6–10 years (minimum 5 years in construction)
Location: UAE (GCC experience preferred)
Key Expertise:
-Quantity take-offs & BOQ preparation
-Cost estimation, budgeting & cost control
-Handling variations, claims & contract administration
-Monthly valuations & subcontractor payment certification
-Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, ELV & Fire Fighting systems
Technical Skills:
PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, CostX, AutoCAD MEP, Revit & Advanced Excel
