Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

– Should have B.Sc QS/Civil with 12+ years building exp under Consultancy
– Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for building projects
– Review drawings, specifications, and contract conditions
– Evaluate tenders, variations, claims, and progress payments
– Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
