Job Position – Oracle HRMS Techno Functional Consultant

With deep expertise in Oracle -EBS, particularly across Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle OTL modules. The resource should bring a balanced blend of technical development experience and functional understanding to lead and support HR systems across implementation, migration, customization, and ongoing support initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
Solution Design & Implementation –
Lead the end-to-end design and rollout of Oracle EBS (11i & R12) solutions within the HR domain
Development & Customization
– Build and maintain RICE Components
– Utilize Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, OAF, and ADF for custom solution development
– Write complex PL/SQL code, stored procedures, functions, and triggers for HR business logic
