>Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
>Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
>Proven track record of Successfully managing and delivering construction projects within budget and on schedule.
>Ensure that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the acceptance criteria identified for the project and standard practice.
>Strong understanding of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
>Proficiency in project management software and tools
>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
>Experience: Min 10 years’ experience required.
(School/Residential/Commercial/Industrial projects).
>Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
