The Watch Scanner is a luxury watch retailer based in Dubai, specializing in buying, selling, and trading new and pre-owned luxury timepieces from prestigious brands, including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Cartier, and more.
With over seven years of experience in the luxury watch industry and a growing presence across the UAE, we are expanding our operations. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced, confident, and highly organized Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome and assist clients, delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
– Drive sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
– Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently present luxury timepieces.
– Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales negotiations professionally.
– Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and generate repeat business.
– Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
– Support the daily operations and presentation of the boutique.
Requirements
– Previous sales experience, preferably in luxury watches, jewellery, or high-end retail.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Confident, well-presented, and professional demeanor.
– Strong customer service skills with a relationship-focused approach.
– Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to achieve results.
– Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
– Knowledge of luxury watch brands and the secondary watch market is a strong advantage.
– Previous experience working in the UAE luxury retail market is preferred.
