Location: UAE (Sharjah) – Hybrid Model
ECT is looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in the UAE. If you bring strong accounting expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for financial accuracy and compliance, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
– Complex Accounting Operations: Handle accruals, deferrals, allocations, inter-company transactions, and fixed assets.
– Financial Reporting Support: Prepare financial statement sections, support monthly/annual reporting, and perform detailed reconciliations.
– Process Leadership & Mentoring: Lead month-end closing, mentor junior staff, and review work for accuracy.
– Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure adherence to policies, support audits, and contribute to special projects.
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
– 4–7 years of relevant experience.
– Strong knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP.
– ERP system experience.
– Advanced Excel skills.
