Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sr. Chef de Partie (CDP).
Proven experience in steakhouse concepts is mandatory.
Must have a strong background in the restaurant industry.
Hotel experience will not be considered.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
