Key Responsibilities:
– Implement, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments.
– Configure and support Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco ISR routers.
– Troubleshoot MPLS connectivity and Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues.
– Support enterprise routing and switching infrastructure, including OSPF and BGP.
– Configure and administer Fortinet firewalls, security policies, VPNs, NAT, and IPS.
– Administer FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, and FortiAuthenticator.
– Support Palo Alto firewalls; experience is preferred.
– Maintain enterprise wireless infrastructure, access points, wireless controllers, and guest wireless portals.
– Troubleshoot wireless connectivity, roaming, performance, and security issues.
– Administer Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Cisco Catalyst Center.
– Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG Network Monitor.
– Perform root cause analysis, firmware upgrades, network lifecycle management, and security compliance activities.
– Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, configuration standards, and change management records.

Required Technical Skills:
– Cisco Catalyst switches and Cisco ISR routers.
– Enterprise routing and switching, including OSPF and BGP.
– MPLS connectivity and troubleshooting.
– LAN, WAN, and SD-WAN technologies.
– Fortinet firewalls and Fortinet management tools.
– Enterprise wireless technologies, including Cisco/Huawei Wireless LAN Controllers and Aruba ClearPass (NAC).
– Cisco Prime Infrastructure and Cisco Catalyst Center.
– SolarWinds and PRTG Network Monitor.
– Network troubleshooting, risk analysis, security analysis, and documentation.

Education & Certifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
– CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, CCNP Collaboration, or Fortinet NSE/FCSS certifications are preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile
– Hands-on experience managing enterprise network infrastructure and large-scale Cisco environments.
– Experience with Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls.
– Experience supporting enterprise Cisco and Aruba wireless deployments.
– Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and support mission-critical network environments.
