Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have 10 to 15 years of UAE Experience of Quantity Surveying in civil or fit out related industry only.
• Organized, self-motivated, and creative
• Team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costing principles.
• Proficiency in quantity takeoff/preparation of claims & variations/extension of time/final accounts/FIDIC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in Invoicing (Client and Subcontractor) with back up documents
• Knowledge of Oracle Aconex including connected cost.
• Analysis and study of Tender documents, drawings, Specification,
• Capable of handling meeting with clients and certification of payment
• Coordination with planning, procurement, finance and administration cell for necessary documents required for the submission.
• Check and certify Subcontractor invoice.
• Prepare draft Final Settlement (Client & Subcontractor)
• Must be based in UAE.
