Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying.
– Min 10 years of experience in the UAE building construction Companies.
– Proven expertise in Buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
– Support tender and contract documents while leading the management, review, and coordination with the estimation department to ensure the accuracy of all tendering requirements, including the BOQ.
– Perform risk assessment, value management, and cost control activities, analyze project outcomes, and generate detailed progress and cost reports. – Monitor subcontractor performance, manage interim payments, forecast project costs, and track budget spending.
– Negotiate contracts and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to legal and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
– Additionally, provide expert advice on contractual claims and commercial risks and lead the Quantity Surveying team.
