Job Position – Service Desk Engineer

Immediate joiners preferred (Must already based in UAE)
Qualifications:
– BSc. in IT or related field
– 3+ years of relevant IT experience
– Knowledge of networks, MS Office products, and Microsoft Windows
– Experience with ITSM tools (Remedy, ManageEngine, ServiceDesk, Ivanti)
– Service oriented, open, and good with analytical skills
