Social Media & Content Marketing Manager

Hiring for a creative and results-driven to lead our digital presence and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn).
-Create engaging content, reels, and campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
-Support and coach agents in building their personal brands.
-Plan and direct short-form podcast content.
-Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies.
-Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
-3–5 years of experience in social media/content marketing (real estate experience is an advantage).
-Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
-Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
