Job Position – Talent Acquisition Officer

Location : Jeddah
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
-Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken)
-SAP experience is a plus
Salary:
SAR 6,000 – SAR 8,000
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
-Post job ads and screen candidates effectively
-Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
-Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
-Maintain recruitment data and reports
-Utilize HR systems (including SAP if applicable)
