Job Title: Technical Specialist

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and macOS.
3. Networking: Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
4. Server Management: Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
5. Database Management: Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle.
6. IT Security: Experience with IT security practices and tools.
7. Technical Support: Provide support for hardware and software issues.
8. Infrastructure Management: Manage and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
9. System Maintenance: Implement, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
10. Collaboration: Work with IT staff to develop and deploy technology solutions.
