Requirements:
1. ITI or Diploma certification in a relevant technical discipline.
2. A minimum of five (5) years of relevant MEP experience.
3. Comprehensive practical knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
4. Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities in respective fields.
5. Relevant technical qualifications and experience suitable for the project requirements.
6. The ability to work safely and efficiently within the project environment.

5) Office Boy:
Requirements:
Previous experience in office support or similar role.
Basic English and Hindi communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Maintain office cleanliness and pantry/meeting room areas.
Handle office deliveries, supplies, and basic administrative support.
Ability to prepare different types of coffee, including Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Turkish Coffee, and Arabic Coffee.
Strong preference for candidates with good Arabic coffee preparation skills.
Immediate joiners preferred – Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa candidates who can join within 5–7 days.
