Open Positions (Immediate Joiners Only – Candidates on Cancelled / Visit Visa):

– MEP Technician

– Electrician

– HVAC Technician

Key Requirements:

– Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FM operations

– Relevant FM certificates or qualifications (ITI / Diploma)

– Experience in FM services within residential/commercial towers

– Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance

– Good communication and teamwork skills

– Carry updated CV and relevant certificates
