Location: Concordia DMCC, Jewellery and Gemplex Complex Building 2, near Jebel Ali Metro Station, Dubai, UAE

Open Positions:

1 – AC Technician (VRF Experienced)

2 – MEP Technician

3 – Electrician

Key Requirements:

– Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in FM operations

– Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications (ITI/Diploma)

– Experience in managing facilities management services within residential/commercial towers

– Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance

– Good communication and teamwork skills

– Candidates with a visit or cancelled visa are preferred
