Open Position:

1 – Junior MEP Supervisor

Key Requirements:

– Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM operations

– Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications (ITI/Diploma)

– Experience in FM services within residential/commercial towers

– Knowledge of Owner’s Association management is an advantage

– Strong understanding of MEP systems and building maintenance

– Good communication and teamwork skills

– Immediate joiners highly preferred (candidates on cancelled or visit visa will be given priority)
