Open Position:
1 – Technician (IRATA Level 1)

Key Requirements:
– Immediate Joiners
– Experience working on projects
– Minimum 1-year experience in facade cleaning using Rope Access

Key Responsibilities:
– Mandatory IRATA Level 1 certification
– Perform facade and glass cleaning using rope access techniques in accordance with safety and quality standards
– Assist in the setup and dismantling of rope access systems, including anchoring and rigging under supervision
– Carry out high-level cleaning of building exteriors, signage, skylights, curtain walls, canopies, etc.
– Follow work instructions from Level 3 Rope Access Technicians and Supervisors
– Conduct daily pre-use inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE) and rope access gear
– Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals
– Maintain housekeeping of equipment and worksite
– Report safety incidents, hazards, or equipment defects immediately
– Comply with IRATA Code of Practice, company HSE policies, and client requirements
– Assist with ground-level tasks when not on rope, including support activities and logistics
