Open Positions:
1 – QC Inspector – Painting & Coating
2 – QC Inspector – Welding

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

QC Inspector – Painting & Coating:
– Conduct daily painting inspections and coordinate with client representatives
– Establish Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) per project standards and specifications
– Finalize Painting Procedure Specifications; conduct PQT, WQT, and witness mechanical testing
– Check visual inspection of coating per project standards and ITP
– Coordinate final inspection of coating and holiday testing
– Inspect factory-applied 3-layer polypropylene coatings (3LPP/3LFB)
– Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ experience in Painting Inspection for Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East
– ADNOC or equivalent client approval preferred
– Certified Painting Inspector (NACE/BGAS L-2)
– Exposure to field joint coating in pipelines (HSS/HB-HT/Wrapping methods)
– Willing to reside in the site project accommodation

QC Inspector – Welding:
– Conduct daily welding inspections and coordinate with client representatives
– Prepare and schedule NDT requests, including PWHT
– Establish Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) per project standards and specifications
– Prepare Welding Procedure Specifications; conduct PQT, WQT, and witness mechanical testing
– Supervise QA/QC activities for pipelines/piping and hydro/pneumatic testing of erected spools
– Mechanical and QC clearance of hydro test packages
– Prepare final documents for project completion dossier
– Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years’ experience in Welding Inspection for Oil & Gas projects in the Middle East
– ADNOC or equivalent client approval preferred
– Exposure to cross-country pipeline projects with large-diameter pipes in automatic welding processes
– Certified Welding Inspector (AWS/CSWIP 3.1)
– ASNT Level-2 Certification
– Willing to reside in the site project accommodation
