Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily IT operations and ensure smooth workflow.
– Manage and maintain IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks, & security systems).
– Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshoot issues for all employees.
– Coordinate with external vendors & service providers for IT-related services.
– Ensure data security, implement backup & disaster recovery plans.
– Train and support staff on using IT systems, applications, and tools.
– Monitor system performance analyses issues and recommend improvements.
– Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, procedures, and support activities.
– Manage network security protocols, firewalls, and system access controls.
– Lead IT projects (upgrades, migrations, new implementations).
– Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
– Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or similar role (team leadership is a must!).
– Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software & security protocols.
– Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
– Leadership abilities to guide & motivate the IT team.
– Certifications such as Comptia A+, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus!
– Ability to analyse technical needs and implement effective solutions.
