Responsibilities:
•Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems.
•Support Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace tools.
•Handle system upgrades, performance issues, and documentation.
•Collaborate with medical staff to deliver IT solutions.
•Monitor and enhance system security and performance.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
•Must be Excellent In English Spoken And Written
•3–4 years of IT support experience (healthcare preferred).
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•Familiar with EMR & PACS systems.
