Job Position – Accountant

Temporary Contract – 6 to 12 Months
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Temporary Contract (6–12 months, extendable)
Visa Requirement: Must hold a valid Sponsor/Dependent Visa
Immediate joiners preferred

Candidates must hold a valid sponsor/dependent visa. Accounting experience from the candidate’s native country will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records in ERP accounting software
Perform bank reconciliation using ERP system
Conduct vendor and customer reconciliations (AP & AR)
Reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in monthly and year-end closing
Prepare financial statements and management reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Support audits and VAT/tax filings (if applicable)

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of accounting experience (home country experience accepted)
Hands-on experience in ERP accounting software (SAP / Oracle / Tally / QuickBooks / Zoho / MS Dynamics or similar)
Strong experience in reconciliation processes within ERP systems
Valid Sponsor/Dependent Visa (mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
