QA/QC Engineer

Job Position – QA/QC Engineer
Company Name – Fraction HR Service
Location : Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
For a to lead quality across our FRP / GRP manufacturing operations.
If you understand quality beyond checklists & can drive standards on-ground, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
-Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for FRP / GRP products
-Conduct incoming, in-process & final inspections
-Ensure compliance with project specs, drawings & standards
-Prepare inspection reports, ITPs & quality documentation
-Coordinate with production & project teams to resolve quality issues
-Handle client inspections and maintain quality records.
What We’re Looking For
-Bachelor’s / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
-3–5 years of experience in FRP / GRP manufacturing or similar
-Strong knowledge of ISO standards & QA/QC processes
-Experience working on UAE projects is preferred
-Strong documentation & reporting skills
