Location – Dubai

Brand Options Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong UAE network among main contractors and fitout companies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Generate tender invitations, RFQs, and joinery package opportunities
– Build relationships with contractors and fitout decision-makers
– Coordinate site visits, BOQs, and quotations
– Manage the sales pipeline and report weekly BD activities

Requirements:
– 5–10 years of UAE B2B BD experience in joinery/fitout
– Established contractor & fitout network
– Knowledge of drawings, joinery scope, tenders, and procurement
– Strong English; Arabic is a plus
– Valid UAE driving license & own car required

Salary: AED 8,000–10,000/month + uncapped commission
