Chief Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities
-Manage the Chief Sales Officer’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
-Prepare, draft, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
-Coordinate meetings with clients, sales teams, management, and external stakeholders.
-Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CSO.
-Maintain confidential files, contracts, sales reports, and important business documents.
-Follow up on action items and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
-Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
-Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations.
-Organize business meetings, conferences, and company events.
-Monitor incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain proper documentation.
-Handle administrative tasks and provide day-to-day support to the Chief Sales Officer.
-Perform other duties as assigned by the Chief Sales Officer.
 

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Secretary, or Executive Assistant in a real estate development company (mandatory).
-Proven experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
