Qualifications & Requirements:
– Previous experience as a Commis Kebab or in a similar kitchen position is preferred.
– Knowledge of Turkish, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean kebab preparation is an advantage.
– Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen hygiene.
– Familiarity with different types of meat, marinades, and kebab preparation.
– Ability to follow recipes, portioning, and food safety standards.
– Willing to learn and develop culinary skills.
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
– Good teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
– Physically fit and able to work long hours when required.
– Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
