Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
-Lead, motivate, and support the service team in maintaining SALVAJE’s luxury hospitality standards.
-Oversee table allocations, service flow, and coordination between FOH, Bar, and Kitchen teams.
-Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
-Ensure compliance with service SOPs, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
-Conduct daily briefings, monitor team performance, and support staff training and development.
-Drive upselling initiatives and contribute to achieving departmental revenue targets.

Requirements:
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury lifestyle restaurant, upscale dining venue, or high-energy hospitality concept.
-Strong knowledge of premium food and beverage service standards.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Confident, hands-on, and capable of managing busy service operations.
-Strong guest engagement skills with a polished and professional presence.
-Previous experience in Dubai’s luxury dining or lifestyle hospitality scene is highly preferred.
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak operational hours.
